• The balance is payable on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late or unpaid balances may result in delays or additional costs.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel work if payment terms are not met.

5) Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns,
  material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

6) Work conditions & site access

• You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.
• Groundwork and paving may uncover hidden issues (e.g. drainage problems, poor ground conditions),
  which may require additional work and cost.
• We are not responsible for existing underground services unless clearly identified.

7) Timescales

Any timescales provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather,
ground conditions, material supply, or other factors outside our control.

8) Guarantees & workmanship

• We aim to carry out all work to a high professional standard.
• Any workmanship guarantee applies only to work carried out by Fingal Paving
  and does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or third-party damage.
• Natural materials may vary in colour, texture, and appearance and are not considered defects.

9) Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or enjoyment.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
